This is a very interesting approach!!!
The most amazing part of all the work that you do and the people that you are interviewing is the fact that they are
not trying to hide any of the things that they know! And they are talking about things that sometimes took them
so much time and money.
My experience from corporations and farmers in Greece, where I live and produce is the exact opposite…
Nobody shares anything and this is why the knowledge of one or multiple farmers doesn’t become knowledge
for the whole community. The outcome of this is that they lose the opportunity to become more efficient and
better to their work.
