Hey Curtis, starting to go through your marketing stuff. Great content man. Would love to dive deeper into branding and how you decided on your name, logo, etc.

I really found this interesting. Maybe it’s juts me but it seems that people in the US and Canada put such great value on local produce. My biggest fear when starting out a farm (which is what I’m working towards) is getting the margin needed to be financially viable. Food is so cheap here….which is great, but so much of it comes from Europe but people don’t seem to care.

Thanks for the insights on retail. We have done a small amount of sales at a local, family-run butcher shop that expanded into dry goods then added a small produce section. Question: Whats containers are the best for bulk delivery of clam shells or bagged items? Totes, new cardboard, found/recycled boxes? i.e Factoring in convenience for clients and your time & margins.
