What variety of greens/brassicas (lettuces, arugula, kale, spinach) would you recommend for zone 8a. I live in the pee dee region of South Carolina with an average annual rainfall of 47 inches per year. Humidity can range form a low of 25% from October to May to 90% from mid June to mid August. We average 4 to 5 inches of rain per month from June through August dropping to 3 to 4 inches per month the rest of the year.
